The Ride to Conquer Cancer, Dilawri Group of Companies, Calgary, AB

The Ride to Conquer Cancer has been described as "a national fundraiser that draws thousands of cyclists from across the country for successive epic races". At 200 kilometers over rugged terrain, it draws only the hardiest and the most committed of contestants.

So in 2010, it was only natural that the Dilawri Group of Companies match that commitment as the Exclusive Automotive Sponsor of the Calgary Ride, not only providing a $25,000 corporate donation, but also gathering a corporate team of riders and hosting a series of five preliminary training rides. Event participants each provided a minimum of $2500 in personal or affiliated sponsorship, raising a grand total of $7.3 million for the Alberta Cancer Foundation.
